Return & Refund Policy

We have an extremely diverse palate of flavors, and we understand that taking a leap and buying a full sized bag might be a large commitment! With taking your consideration in mind, we’ve created 3 coffee sample bundles that will give you the option to try 6 flavors per bundle and 18 different flavors combined in all 3 bundles, in which you can try our different flavors and find your favorite ones! 

With that in mind, we do not offer returns or exchanges on coffee and espresso, due to the fact that all coffee is roasted to order and all of our flavors are subjective.

Unworn apparel, unused gear, mugs, and tumblers may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Disclaimer: 

To be eligible for a return, all gear, apparel, mugs and tumblers must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item, in addition, all shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will only be refunded for the item you purchased.

Depending on where you live and are shipping from, the amount of time it will take to get your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, due to the fact that we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
